Pillars
Foundations of Empowerment
Our four key pillars form the foundation of what we do, creating an environment where our community comes together, challenging societal views on sober living, finding inspiration in nature, and embracing inclusivity.
Community
We are home to a growing community of over 9,500 individuals who share experiences and inspire one another on their unique paths. Our platform is an uplifting, judgment-free space where everyone can connect, learn, and feel empowered to pursue a healthier relationship with alcohol. Through peer support and shared stories, we cultivate an environment that encourages personal growth and collective empowerment, reminding each other that no one is alone on this path.
Dismantling Stigma
We aim to transform how society views sober living, promoting it as an empowering choice rather than a limitation. We actively avoid being anti-alcohol, as we are pro-choice, and it would be hypocritical to ask for acceptance in one direction without offering the same in return. By emphasising a positive, inclusive narrative around sobriety, we help combat stigma and encourage individuals to explore their relationship with alcohol in a supportive, judgment-free environment.
Outdoor Inspiration
We encourage our community to swap bars for the outdoors and explore the world around them. Our name is rooted in the beauty of nature, reflecting our core belief that connecting with the natural environment brings clarity and peace ~ an essential part of the journey for many. We inspire individuals to spend their weekends exploring the great outdoors rather than recovering from nights spent in bed, emphasising the transformative power of nature in their sober journey.
Inclusivity
Whether you’re sober, sober curious, or anywhere in between, you are welcome here. Our community embraces everyone looking to improve their relationship with alcohol ~ whether you’re participating in DryJanuary, taking a break, or committing to lifelong sobriety. We strive to make resources and information easily accessible, aligning with our broader goal of breaking down barriers to sobriety. Every step toward a healthier relationship with alcohol is important, and you are part of this journey with us.
